  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must be undamaged and returned with original packaging.

  • Manufacturing defects do not require original packaging for return.

Third-Party Purchases

  • Only items purchased directly from XTS.com can be returned to XTS.com.

  • Any product purchased through another retailer, dealer, or distributor must be returned to the original place of purchase according to their respective policies.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are inspected and approved.

5. Shipping and Handling

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
