XTS.com Return & Warranty Policy
Xtreme Tactical Sports (“XTS,” “we,” “our”) values customer satisfaction and stands behind the products we sell. The following policy governs all returns, exchanges, and warranty claims. By purchasing from XTS.com, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Return Period: All return requests must be initiated within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date.
1.2 Condition: Returned merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, including all components, accessories, and documentation.
1.3 Authorization Required: Returns without prior written authorization from XTS will not be accepted.
2. Damaged or Defective Merchandise
2.1 Reporting: If merchandise is received damaged, the customer must document the damage by taking clear photographs of the product and packaging.
2.2 Notification: Photographs and a detailed description must be submitted to Michael@dma-inc.net within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt.
2.3 Review: XTS will review the claim and provide instructions for resolution. Acceptance of a claim is determined solely at the discretion of XTS.
3. Digital and Electronic Products
3.1 Definition: “Digital Products” include items requiring batteries or charging capability, such as LPVO scopes, red dot optics, and similar devices.
3.2 Warranty: Digital Products are covered under a one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty.
3.3 Process: Warranty claims must be made in accordance with the manufacturer’s procedures. XTS may assist in facilitating the process but is not responsible for the manufacturer’s decision.
4. Case-by-Case Evaluation
4.1 Discretion: All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. XTS reserves the right to deny a return for any reason.
4.2 Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product and, if applicable, the cost of shipping the item back to the customer if the return is denied.
5. Initiating a Return
To request a return or warranty claim:

Email Michael@dma-inc.net with your order number, reason for return, and supporting documentation (including photographs where applicable).

Await written authorization and return instructions from XTS before shipping any product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
